Research Of Contract Management For Project And Development Of System Software

At present, project contract management in our country is in the developing period. Using effective software in contract management is one of the critical factors in the management level. Based On the analysis of the fundamental theory of project contract management and the contrast between domestic and abroad contract management software, combined with information technology, the Project Contract Dynamical Management System (PCDMS) has been designed in this paper, which can manage the contract documents and help managers to handle contract-related affairs, alFirstly, combined with project practice, the author made scientific researches on the and some model essays of contract, which were published by the FIDIC. Secondly, the author discussed the main contents in project contract management from the point view of contract clauses, analyzed the function of the software and the method to put it into practice. At last, the paper put forward the function designing procedure of PCDMS in detail. The main achievements in this paper:The software (PCDMS) applies VC++ 6.0 and SQL Server 2000 as designing tools and windows as exploring circumstance. Aiming at the low level of the project contract management, which has been existed for a long time, the software can widen the scope of project contract management, can overcome a lot of shortcomings, such as the repeat and tediousness in data procession, a great deal of workload, inefficient manual operation, poor quality, delayed information feedback, whichhave existed in the traditional contract management, also can meet the need in the information revolution of the architectural area. Utilized computer and network technology fully, the system designed the contract management system which is suitable for the engineering projects, made the contract management more scientific, standardize and intellective.
