With the rapid growth of the global economy,the software outsourcing industry has also developed into a new and mature economic system.The cooperation model has gradually changed from a traditional single business model to a strategic partnership.It is not limited to the development and manufacturing stage of software programs,but gradually begins to move upstream.Engineering development,further committed to improving the research and development capabilities of software with higher added value.Z company has a deep technical support ability and a solution service background,and has a large customer base.In order to further expand the business field in depth,the company needs to improve scientific and standardized management methods to lay the foundation for project development.This thesis adopts the method of case analysis to introduce,with the idea of asking questions,analyzing them,and finally solving them.In the first project cycle of the M software development project,the deviation between the expected and actual progress,the inconsistency in the assignment of powers and responsibilities,and the poor communication as clues,combined with numerous literature and project management related theories as clues The theoretical knowledge of schedule management,management communication,organizational structure and leadership,etc.,analyzed and summarized the irrationality of schedule planning in the project management process,the inconsistency of the distribution of organizational structure power and responsibility,and the unity of communication channels main reason.For the M software development project to maintain a stable and long-term development status,it specifically proposes to formulate a reasonable project plan,standardize the distribution of powers and responsibilities of the organizational structure,and effectively improve the communication skills,as well as the risk control of the project schedule,and improve the organization’s training system.Three implementation safeguards for establishing diversified communication channels.By analyzing the actual problems in the project management process,using theory to guide practice,this thesis puts forward scientific and effective improvement strategies for the management problems of M software development projects,which will help the project effectively avoid risks when facing similar problems and promote the continuity of the project.Development,but also has a certain reference value for the implementation and development of other similar software projects in Japan.
