According to the statistics of the Ministry of Public Security,by the end of 2018,the number of motor vehicles in China had reached 327 million,of which 240 million were automobiles.Transportation departments predicts that in recent years,the average annual growth rate of China’s automotive aftermarket will exceed 30%,and the scale of the aftermarket is expected to exceed trillion yuan.In order to better enhance customer service experience,meet the needs of customers’ car life,enhance the subjective initiative of employees,and enhance the business performance of enterprises,the performance management of employees is very important.Based on the classical theory of performance management,guided by the theory of enterprise life cycle,according to the operating characteristics and objectives of different stages of development of automobile service chain stores,and referring to the ideas and methods of target management,this paper takes X shop of company A as an example to formulate and implement the performance management plan.The main work is as follows:(1)Analyses the current situation of employee performance management in automobile service chain stores,and puts forward the design of employee performance management scheme in automobile service chain stores based on enterprise life cycle theory.(2)Makes an analysis of the current situation of Company A,and draws up performance management plans for employees in stores in different life cycles.(3)Analyses and evaluates the operation of performance management scheme for employees ofAcompany’s automobile service chain stores.This research project attempts to explore a suitable employee performance management scheme for the development of A company’s automotive service chain stores,to achieve the goal of operation;at the same time,it also hopes to provide reference for colleagues in the design of employee performance management scheme,and promote the healthy and rapid development of the industry.
