Study On The Space Renewal Of Qing Jian Ancient City

With the vigorous advancement of urbanization,China's urban construction has also gradually transformed from a small-scale incremental era to a small and micro-storage thinking stage,and urban renewal demand has become increasingly prominent.During the period of incremental construction,ancient cities,old neighborhoods,etc.are often integrated as “heterogeneous forms”,and the problems of dysfunction and one thousand cities are quite serious.Therefore,in order to cope with the development crisis of urban function and style,it is of great practical significance to explore the theory and method of urban renewal to enhance the vitality of urban space and inherit regional culture.At the same time,the regional and refined update model has also received extensive attention.Based on summarizing relevant theories and domestic and foreign research results,this paper analyzes the historical evolution and spatial characteristics of the ancient city,and combines the relationship between the ancient city and the county and the influence factors of spatial development to propose the development orientation of the ancient city.At the same time,from the three basic space systems of function,style and street,the paper analyzes the spatial problems of the city by using ArcGIS and space syntax to explore the renewal strategy of the ancient city space activation.The article mainly includes three parts of research content,the first part of the research foundation.Firstly,the research background and problems,the purpose and significance of the research are put forward,and the relevant theories and research summaries are reviewed.The updated content,methods and framework are determined in the understanding of the updated concepts and theories.Secondly,an in-depth analysis of the general situation,development history and spatial characteristics of Qingyi Ancient City was carried out.Through the combing of the basic content,the spatial update theory and the characteristics of the ancient city resources have a clear understanding,which lays a theoretical and practical foundation for the subsequent space update.The second part analyzes the spatial relationship and influence factors of the ancient city.It is carried out from three aspects: the spatial relationship between the ancient city and the county,the spatial influence factor,and the development orientation of the ancient city.First of all,through the construction of the ancient city and the county,the relationship between the ancient city and the county clearly defines the spatial functions undertaken by the ancient city in the county.Secondly,through the study of spatial constituent elements and spatial influence factors(superordinate planning,spatial value,and self-development),the advantages and directions of the development of the ancient city are obtained,and the positioning of the ancient city is determined by integrating the regional spatial functions and development advantages.This part of the content clarifies the relationship between the ancient city and the county,clarifies the research subject,and points out the direction for the subsequent specific spatial update.The third part is the core content of this paper.It studies and studies from three aspects: function,style and street.First,integrate the functional land of the ancient city.Based on the inconsistency between the function system of the ancient city and the spatial development orientation,the functional ratio is not consistent with the internal demand,and the layout of the business is not commensurate with the internal vitality.The functional system is constructed,the functional land is adjusted,and the functional vitality is stimulated.On this basis,the land use function is reasonably optimized and partitioned.Second,to shape the characteristics of the ancient city.Aiming at the problems of high degree of disorder,color disorder and texture heterogeneity in the research area,it is proposed to reconstruct the height,color and texture order of the building,so as to obtain the optimization scheme of the style creation.Finally,improve the street system of the ancient city.Aiming at the low efficiency of traffic in the streets and the poor quality of street and street space,the strategies of constructing the traffic network system and beautifying the street space are proposed.Based on this,the layout of the ancient city street system is optimized.To sum up,the ancient city has achieved cultural continuity,prominent landscape and vitality through the integration of functions,the shaping of styles and the improvement of streets and lanes.The paper summarizes the ancient city renewal of the system through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.Based on the problem,this paper starts with the three main contents of the research object function,style and street,and explores the path and method of space renewal in the ancient city through the analysis of the status quo and problems.
