| With the deepening of historical and cultural protection and inheritance work and the arrival of the stock renewal era,many ancient cities,ancient towns and ancient villages in China are actively seeking new development by relying on their native ecological environment,precious historical and cultural resources and unique folk customs and other rich resources.This paper focuses on Tongshan,an ancient city of Haiphong in Dongshan County,Zhangzhou City.The city is rich in historical resources,and it is an "ancient city of mountains and seas" because it is built near the mountains and the sea.However,the current construction situation of the ancient city is not optimistic,facing the lack of protection of historical buildings,serious construction and expansion,the deterioration of the living environment,serious population outflow,lack of supporting industries and other problems,the ancient city is on the brink of decline,and it is urgent to rebuild the vitality of the ancient city.Street space,as the main carrier of the revival of the ancient city,is the key to the revival.It is particularly urgent to seek the sustainable development of the ancient city in terms of economy,society and environment by excavating its own characteristics and then putting forward targeted renewal strategies.This study takes the street space of Tongshan Ancient City as the research object.Firstly,based on the current situation of the ancient city and the historical evolution of the street space,the problems and characteristics of the street space are sorted out.Based on this,the evaluation system of 15 index factors in 4 dimensions of history,landscape,humanity and functionality is constructed,and 156 streets and alleys of the ancient city are comprehensively and systematically evaluated.Then,the results of street evaluation are analyzed,and the distribution characteristics of high value area and low value area of each index in single dimension of street are summarized,and the comprehensive results of single dimension are obtained by superimposed weights.Due to the complex attributes of street space,it is impossible to understand the whole picture from only one dimension.Therefore,a multi-dimensional superposition analysis is carried out to sort out 6 kinds of results with different combinations of high and low,and the above results are classified,and finally five types of streets and alleyways are obtained: history-landscape type,historical human type,mountain and sea landscape type,outgoing service type and inward life type.Finally,according to the results of street classification,the renewal strategy is put forward.First of all,it puts forward three major strategies from the overall level: "classification guidance,industry matching","style differences,creating charm" and "organizational structure,thinning channels and clearing collarities".The second is to classify and guide the characteristic streets: the historical landscape type and the historical humanistic type focus on the continuation of the historical context,the mountain and sea landscape type focuses on creating the characteristic landscape order of mountain climbing and sea viewing,the outgoing service type focuses on catalyzing the composite function of streets and streets,and the inward life type serves to strengthen the convenient life of residents.Finally,three typical spatial designs are proposed,namely,the outgoing service street represented by Ding Jie,the historical and humanistic street represented by Lou Zai Cuo,and the mountain and sea landscape street represented by Wenge Ci Road-Jiujiu Shou Ti.To sum up,the research object of this paper focuses on the street space of the ancient city,and there are two main research innovations: 1)a comprehensive and scientific street space evaluation system is constructed.The existing researches on the streets and alleys of the ancient city mostly stay in the protection Angle and spatial level,focusing on the qualitative sorting of the spatial form,and lacking the systematic and quantitative research on the complete streets and alleys of the ancient city.Based on the street characteristics of Tongshan ancient City,this paper constructs a set of quantitative street space evaluation system for reference to the existing research theories and achievements.2)Put forward the street renewal strategy according to the evaluation results.According to the results of street space evaluation,the corresponding street renewal strategy is proposed,which provides certain construction guidance for the renewal design and management of the ancient city street space,and provides support for the revitalization planning of Tongshan Ancient City. |
