Strategy Of New Rural Housing Based On Building Component System

Rural housing is the foundation of rural residents' settlement and construction,and it is also one of the core contents of the new rural construction.Despite the improvement of the residential environment in rural housing in the context of the integration of production materials and the upgrading of industrial structure,the extensive rural construction model has not been able to fundamentally break the rural housing quality insecurity and functional space adaptability.At the same time,the advancement of urbanization has led to a rapid outflow of rural population,which has triggered a series of social problems of aging rural population and hollowing out villages.In view of the above problems,the paper applies the industrialized building parts system technology to the rural residential design process and explores a design system method suitable for the standardized production of rural houses.Firstly,the thesis analyzes and summarizes the theory and application status of the building Components system at home and abroad,and extracts the standardized modular system of the building parts system housing by analyzing the representative design practice cases.Secondly,it summarizes the residential design elements from the social structure,external environment,residential mode,functional use,residential form,and structure type of Guanzhong New Countryside,and then combines the adaptability and geography of the new rural housing on the basis of the standardized parts system.Sexual demand,proposed residential design ideas around the unit.Finally,through the classification of the basic Component unit,the whole room component unit,the additional Component Component unit,and the adaptive Component unit,the part code rules,construction process,structure screening standards,Component unit guide catalogue and parts standard atlas of Guanzhong New Rural Residence are constructed.Based on the design method of the building Component system proposed in this paper,the application of the new rural housing design of Shaanxi Guanzhong unified planning is taken as an example to further deepen the details of method application and system introduction,and provide a new method for the construction of contemporary new rural housing in China.
