The application and promotion of electric vehicles can effectively reduce the consumption and dependence of oil in the transportation sector.It has important strategic significance for China's energy security and ecological civilization construction.The charging facility is an important carrier for electric vehicle energy supplementation.Whether it is sufficient in quantity and capacity configuration and wide in spatial distribution will directly affect the convenience of drivers and passengers and the promotion degree of electric vehicles.To this end,focusing on the interaction between electric vehicle travel/charging behavior and facility adequacy,this paper carried out research on charging demand analysis and charging facility planning for electric private vehicles in the destination charging mode.The details are as follows:1)In the destination charging mode,an interactive analysis method for the travel and charging demand of private electric vehicle users considering the abundance of charging facilities was proposed.Firstly,the user travel demand model was established by combining the concept of travel chain.Secondly,the power consumption model,the charging demand generation model,the energy supplement model and the charging feedback effect model were respectively established when the private electric vehicle users were in different travel states.The interaction between the travel demand and the charging demand was realized.Finally,the aforementioned models were linked by closed-loop simulation to achieve time-series interaction analysis of travel and charging demand.2)A method for planning the charging facilities of electric private vehicles considering the charging feedback effect was proposed.Firstly,with the objective function of the investment operator's comprehensive benefit and the highest user satisfaction as the objective function,the multi-objective planning model was established based on the safe operation of the distribution network and the reasonable use of the parking lot.Secondly,the charging facility was simulated based on 1).The objective function and the test constraints were obtained.Finally,the NSGA-II algorithm was used to solve the model,and the Pareto frontier of the non-dominated solution was obtained.The final scheme was determined by the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution.3)Taking a typical urban area as an example to simulate the case,the charging and travel demand analysis and charging facility planning were completed.The effectiveness of the algorithm,the Pareto frontier advantages and disadvantages and the practicability and rationality of the final planning were analyzed.The results show that the interactive analysis method of the travel and charging demand of the electric private vehicle users in this paper can consider the charging effect of the charging facility's abundance on the charging demand.The method improved the accuracy of the analysis.The proposed charging facility planning method can comprehensively consider the efficiency of the investment operator and user satisfaction.This method improved the practicability of the layout scheme.
