Gravity wharf is built on the foundation with weak interlayer,and the foundation treatment is usually carried out by means of replacement.However,the traditional treatment method has high cost and great influence on the environment.When the weak interlayer is thin,high-pressure rotary jetting can be used to treat the soft soil foundation to improve the stability of the structure.This paper firstly refers to the design scheme and geological parameters of the No.24 wharf in Xiamen Haicang Port Area,and proposes a scheme of using high-pressure rotary jet to reinforce the weak interlayer in the foundation.In the cross-section of the wharf,continuous jet grouting piles are used to form the entire jet grouting pile within the width of the wharf structure(similar to the wall in the silt layer).For this structural scheme,a numerical analysis model was established using ABAQUS to calculate the stability of the structure.Secondly,the parameters of the material parameters of the high-pressure swirling zone,the parameters of the direction of the treatment zone,the spacing of the jet grouting pile,the thickness and depth of the weak interlayer were changed,and the variation of the shearing force at the bottom of the rotary jetting zone and the maximum transverse shear stress of the internal jet were studied.Computational analysis shows that as the shear strength of the material in the spin-jet zone increases,the bottom shear force distribution transitions from a triangular distribution to a uniform distribution;and when the material strength is low,the distribution of the bottom shear force is less affected by other factors;When the material strength is high,the width of the treatment is extended backwards,or the spacing of the jet grouting pile is reduced,the shearing force at the bottom of the spinning zone can be effectively reduced;the width of the forward extension treatment increases the shearing force at the bottom,but there is Conducive to the stability of the foundation;the thickness of the foundation silt layer increases,and the bottom shear force also increases.After that,through the calculation and analysis of the rotary spray zone model of various parameters(rotation spray width and sludge thickness)under the limit state,the variation of the bottom shear force,the active and passive earth pressures on both sides with the parameters are discussed.Distribution form.On this basis,the calculation method of earth pressure under the condition of high pressure rotary jet treatment is studied.Based on the limit equilibrium theory,a simplified analysis method for the calculation of the anti-sliding stability of the bottom of the rotary spray area is proposed.Stability check.In this paper,combined with background engineering,the proposed scheme for the reinforcement of the weak interlayer in the gravity type wharf by high-pressure rotary jetting,and the established finite element analysis model and the simplified analysis method for the calculation of the anti-sliding stability of the bottom of the jet-jet area have certain The engineering application value is of great significance for improving the stability of the gravity wharf structure and foundation.
