Analysis And Research On Problems Of4#Island Home Of Great Lakes Capital Foundation Pit Engineering

With the development of economy and society, urban living space on the ground issaturated, the development and utilization of underground space has become a hot,lots of deep foundation pits emerging. The design and construction of deepexcavations in the eastern coastal areas of China is more difficult than in other regions,which have been paid much attention by academia and engineering. This papercombines geotechnical engineering information and practical experience of designand construction of deep excavations in NanChang, applying the deep foundation pitsupporting theory to select support scheme based on the principle of security,economic and convenient construction. Considering the complexity of geologicalconditions and surrounding environment, traditional support schemes are modified,and we got some useful experience.Firstly, the theory research and technology development of deep foundation pitengineering at home and abroad are presented, deep foundation pits with a hugenumber of growth are bigger and deeper than before, and more and more technicalproblems would be solved with the development of geotechnical engineeringdisciplines and the accumulation of practical experience.Secondly, the overview of the project is discussed, which includes engineeringgeology, hydrogeology and the surrounding environmental conditions, etc.Thirdly, based on the practical experience of design in NanChang and thegeological conditions and surrounding environment of this project, we combine highpressure jet grouting soil anchor to bored pile. After the profile is divided reasonably,Lizheng excavation software for the calculation of various profiles is used to selectthe optimum design parameters, and high pressure jet grouting piles are used as awaterproof curtain. Meanwhile, considerations during construction are discussed, andexcavation monitoring is applied to adjust the working conditions of the construction.At last, the whole research work and meaningful conclusions are summarized. At the same time, its shortcomings and the ideas of further study in the future are putforward.
