In recent years,with environmental problems such as energy shortages and climate warming,the government and vehicle companies have vigorously promoted new energy vehicles,and the number of electric vehicles in the world has continuously increased.Large-scale electric vehicles connected to the grid for disorderly charging and discharging will affect the power quality,as well as the economical and reliable operation of the distribution network,especially increasing the peak load.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct an orderly charging guidance for electric vehicles,and it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study its optimal scheduling and control process.Firstly,based on the current development of electric vehicles,the current research on charging load modeling and orderly scheduling are summarized.This paper models the charging load of electric vehicles based on Monte Carlo simulation.Then,a quantitative evaluation index of the impact of electric vehicle charging on the distribution network is proposed to measure the economics and reliability of the distribution network.Secondly,a distributed hierarchical electric vehicle cluster scheduling framework is proposed,which is based on clustering of electric vehicle charging requirements,and then models the charging and discharging of electric vehicle clusters.A two-layer interactive scheduling model for distribution network and electric vehicle cluster is established.The paper optimizes the charging of electric vehicles from the perspective of clusters,and ensures the safe and economic operation of the power grid on the basis of meeting the travel needs of electric vehicle users.Finally,on the basis of establishing a unified clearing model of the energy market and the reserve service market,a two-layer optimization model is established,considering the master-slave game between the electric vehicle aggregators and the owner.After that,the optimal bidding and pricing strategy of the electric vehicle aggregators in the day-ahead market is obtained.The strategy is to optimize the charging behavior of electric vehicle clusters through electricity price guidance,and thus maximize the economic benefits of electric vehicle aggregators and vehicle owners.
