The development and popularity of electric vehicles will become an inevitable trend,large-scale electric vehicle charging will have a great impact on the safety and stability of power grid. The charging time of electric vehicle has strong randomness and the charging power has strong uncertainty. In order to better achieve V2 G technology,Make full use of the merits of mobile energy storage of electric vehicle batteries to reduce the fluctuation of distribution network active power. In this paper, the optimal scheduling of distribution network including electric vehicles and new energy access is studied. On the basis of ensuring the expected power of users, the electric vehicles are grouped to reduce the uncertainty of charging time and power on the s cheduling results.According to the American private car survey report on the electric vehicle start charge time, charging ti me,end charge time and daily mileage are analyzed and statistics, the probability distribution curve of each uncertain quantity mentioned above is obtained. The V2 G participation capacity c oefficient and the maximum move charge time are proposed to measure the discharge capacity of the electric vehicle under the condition of satisfying the expected quantity of electricity. The cluster is divided according to the starting charging time, the long charging time, the V2 G participation capacity coefficient, the charging end time and the maximum delay charging time.According to the probability distribution curve of uncertain variables, four clustering mechanisms are proposed by using the equal integral area method and considering different discriminants.Based on the four clustering mechanisms, the optimal dispatching model of distribution network with electric vehicles and new energy access is established and solved by example group algorithm. This paper analyzes and compares the scheduling effects of the four cluster mechanisms in balancing the active power of distribution network and meeting the users' expected quantity of electricity. The advantage and necessity of using interval number optimization model in pre-day optimal scheduling with uncertainty are analyzed. The four clustering mechanisms proposed in this paper provide a good reference and basis for the division of electric vehicle clusters and the development of V2 G technology.
