As the hub connecting the upper main network and the lower users,the safe and stable operation of regional power grid is very important.The access of various distributed energy sources to the regional power grid not only brings challenges to the disaster recovery of the regional power grid,but also provides more ways for disaster recovery.In this paper analyses disaster recovery strategy of multi-source integrated regional power grid and proposes the resilience-oriented and power support-based optimal scheduling scheme for disaster recovery.This paper mainly completes the following work:(1)The regional power grid with multi-source integration contains many kinds of inverted distributed generators.Firstly,this paper establishes the output models of various distributed power grids.Aiming at the power prediction technology of distributed generation,the basic model of disaster recovery of regional power grid is constructed,and the parallel recovery strategy of regional power grid is realized by combining with the recovery path.Finally,this paper studies the voltage stratification technology of regional power grid and its coordinated control strategy.(2)Based on the disaster recovery model of regional power grid,this paper studies the inherent characteristics of regional power grid in the process of restoration: resilience.Then the resilience-oriented disaster recovery plan for regional power grid is proposed.By designing the optimal objective functions and constraints and considering the system uncertainty,the robust optimization model is established.And the multi-objective optimization algorithm,NSGA-II is applied to realize the optimal plan for disaster recovery of regional power grid.The simulation results show that the scheme is based on the resilience of regional power grid,and on the premise of reaching the restoration reliability standard,the auxiliary optimization objective is added to the optimization process for the first time,which has better recovery effect than the current disaster recovery plan.(3)Considering the load characteristics and rank of regional power grid,this paper proposes a power coordination optimization scheme for disaster recovery of regional power grid based on source-load coordination.Firstly,based on the output model of each controllable unit,the dispatching coefficient is defined,and the rationality model of disaster recovery dispatching is constructed.Then,according to the output characteristics of each unit,this paper defines the matching degree of recovery power and proposes the source-load coordination scheme of disaster recovery.The simulation results show that the coordinated optimization scheme proposed in this paper can satisfy both the power demand of power failure based on load sequence and the demand of load characteristics.(4)Based on the regional power grid disaster recovery plan proposed above,this paper studies its feasibility under the joint dispatching mode,and proposes a regional power grid disaster recovery strategy based on the power system dispatch right transformation.On the premise of defining the transformation rules of regional power grid,based on ID3 algorithm,the realization conditions of dispatch right transformation plan are studied.Based on the sample of power grid operation status,the basic performance strategy of dispatching power transfer based on decision tree is proposed.Finally,this paper summarizes the main research work,and combined with the problems encountered in the study,makes plans and prospects for future research work.
