For the past many years, enhances the range of the artillery has been the important topic for the trajectory scientists, the aerodynamicists and the weapon designers . As to hybrid base-bleed-rocket extended-range projectile, the high-speed rotation of the projectile make the performance of rocket be affected. It is very meaningful to research the influence of high speed rotation to rocket engine's operating characteristics.In this paper, combined with the research background, a set of experimental system for high speed solid propellant rocket engine test is established. On the basis of the digestion and absorption of a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, the test requirements and test features of high-speed rotation of solid rocket motor are analyzed. The test scheme for key parameter of engine, including thrust force, combustion chamber pressure, and temperature has been proposed. Modular structures thought is introduced into design work. The whole test platform is divided into five modules: structure support systems, rotating spindle system, power systems, ignition systems, as well as signal acquisition system. All modules are relatively independent of each other and have inter-linkages. In this paper, the work of analysis of module function, part design and component selection has been carried out.After analyzing the principle of the high-speed rotation of solid rocket motor test system and the structure system, data acquisition system is discussed particular in this paper. As to the solid rocket motor's high-speed rotation, it is difficult to connect the rotating sensor data line to the testing equipment. In order to simplify the structure and improve the stability and accuracy of testing performance, the traditional test method is abandoned. The wireless data transmission method is used to solve this problem. As to wireless data acquisition, hardware circuit design and system software design has been completed Theoretical analysis and practical test proved that the high speed solid rocket test platform established in this paper is feasible and reliable.
