The operation and maintenance of electronic equipments is the basis of ensuring the safe,reliable and economic operation of electric power system,and also the core task of production management of electric power enterprises.Appropriate maintenance strategies can improve the efficiency of equipment operation and prolong the life of equipment.Also,they can enhance economic and social benefits,as well as promoting energy conservation and emission reduction.On the contrary,improper maintenance strategies may cause huge economic and security losses.In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and the large-scale application of unattended substations,the operation and maintenance of substation equipment are facing enormous challenges.On the one hand,with the continuous development of the scale of power grid,the number of transmission and transformation equipment has increased sharply,and the demand of users for reliability of power supply has increased continuously;on the other hand,the dramatic increase in the number of equipment and the limitation of human resources make the operation and maintenance of power equipment more difficult.As a result,reducing the incidence of substation equipment failure,preventing potential hazards,curbing the development trend of equipment defects ahead of time,and realizing load reduction and efficiency enhancement on the basis of limited human resources are the common goals pursued by major domestic power enterprises.Therefore,it is imperative to develop a more optimized equipment operation and maintenance scheme.Prior to this,the application and popularization of on-line monitoring,infrared imaging and analysis equipment,as well as the research of equipment risk assessment theory and application provide a strong basis for equipment operation diagnosis.On this basis,the proposal of differential operation and maintenance of substation equipment can effectively solve the problem of overhaul and disrepair caused by periodic maintenance,in order to make rational use of resources,to reduce operation and maintenance costs,along with further ensuring the safe operation of substation equipment.This paper studies the existing research results at home and abroad.Then,by taking a substation equipment in G power grid as an example,this paper comprehensively analyses the influence of substation equipment condition evaluation,operation condition monitoring,equipment rating and risk assessment on the generation and adjustment of operation and maintenance strategy,so as to explore the differential operation and maintenance mode of substation considering the operation risk of equipment.The two major foundations of this subject are equipment condition evaluation and risk assessment.This paper mainly covers the following aspects:(1)Understand the current research on equipment risk assessment and equipment condition evaluation home and aboard,and analyze the application of differential operation and maintenance mode in China's power grid enterprises.(2)Study the specific algorithm of equipment condition evaluation,then optimize and improve it on this basis.(3)make researches on the application and development of equipment risk assessment system.Through the combination of equipment condition evaluation and equipment risk assessment,the equipment rating algorithm model is obtained to determine the importance,health and control level of equipment.(4)Based on the results of equipment risk assessment and operation and maintenance management level,this paper will formulate the corresponding differential operation and maintenance strategy.Meanwhile,it will verify the feasibility of differential operation and maintenance strategy considering equipment risk assessment by analyzing the practical application data.
