Economic development cannot get away from the electrical power.Power transmissionand transformation equipment is themost important component of the system.As the greatdevelopment of national economy and the power grids, we’re facing two dilemmas. On onehand, the power grid have been expanding on with massive growth in power transmissionand transformation equipment whichraising pressure of the power supply reliability. On theother hand, the shortness of human resources makes it harder to keep the pace ofmaintenance which could match the need of power grid development[1].In response to this contradiction, major power companies have begun studying ofdifferentiated operational strategy based on risk assessment.Benefit from conditionassessment, risk assessment, technical specifications become more perfect anddevelopment of condition monitoring techniques become more sophisticated, based on arisk assessment of power transmission and transformation equipment maintenance policy isgetting more in depth research on application of differentiation.Based on risk assessment of lost variable electric equipment shipped dimensionstrategy is full using existing standard specification, and technology means and informationplatform, to equipment for this, using equipment State evaluation, and risk assessment ofresults, drive to prevention sex, and forecast sex mainly of differences of shippeddimension strategy implementation, while through optimization and integration productionplans, both reduced blackout overhaul time, and increased non-blackout, and has targetedof shipped dimension density, maximum degree of guarantees, and played equipmentperformance, improve equipment run of reliability, reduced grid enterprise of shippeddimension cost.In this paper learn from at home and abroad on the basis of current research results,tried to build a comprehensive, systematic and easy differentiation and extension of powertransmission and transformation equipment operation and maintenance system, devicemonitoring, evaluation, risk evaluation, equipment ratings of power generation,maintenance scheduling optimization, operations strategy and a series of modules into one.In this paper learn from at home and abroad on the basis of current research results,tried to build a comprehensive, systematic and easy differentiation and extension of power transmission and transformation equipment operation and maintenance system, devicemonitoring, evaluation, risk evaluation, equipment ratings of power generation,maintenance scheduling optimization, operations strategy and a series of modules into one.Research of this thesis is mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1) understanding state assessments, risk assessments, condition monitoring, research,check out the difference in domestic power companies for the development of operationand maintenance and deficiencies.(2) based on condition assessment standards, defective design, explore theintroduction of equipment condition monitoring and its application, condition assessmentbased on in-depth research, optimization algorithm.(3) describes the development and application of risk assessment, based on conditionassessment and network risk assessment, building devices based on risk assessment ratingmodels and generate device control levels.(4) the combination of remote expert system, controlled levels of baselinemaintenance policy studies quantitative criteria and quantified as benchmark policy work,analyzing the workload differences.(5) with condition monitoring technology based on Internet technology, combinedwith the safety management system, various types of standard library design differentiationstrategy system of power transmission and transformation equipment.(6) to generate system power as a pilot application strategy in Jiangmen, dynamicoperations generate annual baseline operating policies and strategies.Describes thecondition assessment, risk assessment and differentiation operations job application formdata and comparison before and after the application of the system of workload differences,demonstration system applications.While collecting feedback on the production staff,conduct short Board to improve the system.
