Research On Condition Assessment And Maintenance Management Mode Of Substation Equipment

With the rapid development of China’s economy, electric power systemreform is deepening, power supply enterprise have to attract users by quality service,safe and reliable quality of power supply. Substation equipment maintenance is animportant task of power supply enterprises. How to adapt to the new features of thenew era of rapid development of the grid, improve and refine the original periodicmaintenance strategies, implement more targeted maintenance strategy with thelimited human resources has become the issues of common concern to a powersupply enterprise. Firstly, this paper starts with the overview of substationequipment state overhaul, analyses its definition, basic principles, purpose, andevolution, combines the advanced domestic and foreign research focus in thesubstation state overhaul and the status quo of the substation equipmentmaintenance, points out the problems existing in the conduct of the state overhaul,summarizes to system of the substation equipment state overhaul which based onthe equipment status evaluation, aimed for optimizing of equipment maintenancestrategy. Secondly, introduces the process of maintenance management in differentstages in detail by describing the process of the substation state overhaul. this paperdemonstrates the fact that implementation of the substation equipment stateoverhaul needs to gradually establish a substation equipment state overhaulmanagement system, evaluation standard, evaluation method and correspondingmaintenance strategies. Thirdly, the failure type and failure analysis method of thetransformer and circuit breaker which is Important for transformer substationequipment are analyzed and summarized. For the transformer and circuit breakerfault type and analysis method, the corresponding state evaluation method,evaluation standard and substation classification equipment repair and maintenancestrategy is proposed. Finally, the practical application of the state overhaul of thetransformer and circuit breaker have been studied, indicated that the study content isfeasibility.
