With the implementation of the new round of power reform,trans-regional and trans-provincial power transactions become increasingly frequent.Today,the power transmission network is widely used in the society,the excessive power use makes the operating conditions of the power system become complicated.In the power trading of trans-region and trans-province,in order to realize the reasonable allocation of power resources and the effective distribution of renewable energy,the electric power reform has increased the construction of transmission network,which leads to the problem of transmission congestion.In order to ensure the safety,economy and stability of the power system,it is necessary to standardize the power market through scientific and reasonable transmission congestion management to optimize the power supply construction.This paper refers to typical blocking management cases and methods in European and American power markets,and summarizes them with the help of literature and review.Based on the detailed analysis and comparison of the blocking management methods in the northern European,British and PJM electricity markets,the paper further discusses the blocking management methods in combination with price mechanism and spot market model.Aiming at the regional electricity market,this paper USES the market division method to provide a solution for the allocation of inter-provincial blocking surplus--marginal electricity price clearing.In the allocation ofblocking surplus,it is usually necessary to choose the mechanism of transmission price.Therefore,this paper elaborates on transmission pricing theory and electricity price system in order to lay a solid foundation for formulating reasonable electricity price.In trans-regional and trans-provincial transmission networks,the single capacity needs to be distributed effectively on the basis of peak load responsibility.For different users,it is necessary to set the price hierarchically according to different types of bookstore services,so as to build a problem solving model and provide help for blocking equity distribution,blocking surplus and other problems.In view of the model of blocking surplus distribution,this paper discusses blocking equity with the help of simulation analysis,and researches the feasibility of its equity distribution and application test.The results of simulation analysis show that,when distributing blocking rights,it is necessary to give priority to medium-and long-term point-to-point transmission service users,so as to meet customer needs and effectively avoid risks.For users of integrated network transmission services,in order to avoid price risks,they need to obtain blocking revenue right through application,so as to make the distribution of transmission network resources more reasonable.Finally,this paper analyzes the deficiencies of current transmission pricing,especially node voltage,reactive power,direct transmission congestion linear model,etc.,to provide an optimized scheme model for them,so as to guarantee the purpose of minimizing system costs.Taking eight node systems as an example,this paper studies various factors that affect the result of blocking management,such as operation risk,load level,line capacity,etc.,according to the changes of power grid companies' income and expenditure,in order to provide practical guidance for the operation of the power market.
