Power transformer undertakes the task of transforming electric energy in power system.Whether the transformer works normally or not directly affects the stable operation of power grid.With the continuous increase of the operating voltage,the demand for power is gradually increasing,and the oil chromatography technology is also constantly improved.At present,gas chromatography is an important means to analyze and determine the fault types inside the transformer by extracting the dissolved gas in the transformer oil.Under the background of intelligent power grid,online monitoring oil chromatography technology has been gradually popularized.With the rapid development of modern technology and the introduction of remote transmission processors,online monitoring devices are being constantly replaced.Most substations have been installed and put into trial operation,which is a preliminary demonstration of intelligent power grid.This paper mainly studies the working principle of oil chromatographic detection technology and technology,according to the domestic and foreign transformer dissolved gas(hydrogen,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,methane,ethane,ethylene,acetylene)fault diagnosis methods,in nan-ning district 110 kV long Gang on-line monitoring substation,and compare the offline data,using the gas chromatographic analyzer to measure the content of each component gas,analyses the potential or existing fault in the transformer operation.The results show that it is accurate and can accurately reflect the transformer faults.In this paper,combined with the characteristics of the operation mode of nan-ning power grid,attention has been put into the oil color Spectrum on-line detection system commissioning use long Gang 110 kv substation,according to its application and implementation,this paper mainly introduces the source photoelectric co.,LTD.,the development of TROM-600 transformer oil chromatogram on-line monitoring system of the operation characteristics and the technical features,summarizes oil chromatogram on-line monitoring data analysis and fault diagnosis of transformer running state data,test results show that TROM-600 transformer oil chromatography online monitoring system USES a completely degassing method to realize the on-line oil chromatographic analysis data accuracy,able to monitor cycle from the previous week reduced to 2 hours,For special monitoring objects,especially transformers with potential faults,latent faults can be detected and captured timely and accurately,and reliable data can be provided.On-line transformer oil chromatographic data entry and comprehensive analysis of inspection report are realized,and a database platform is established.The real-time monitoring of transformer fault and running state is basically realized and verified.
