Engraving machine is widely used in advertising,woodworking and jade and other industries of an automatic processing equipment.The requirements of engraving machine with the continuous development of this industry are also constantly improved.The design and development of an engraving machine controller mainly need to consider to improve the performance and stability of engraving machine.This dissertation describes the research results of engraving machine controller at home and abroad,and designs and develops an embedded engraving machine controller.The main work and results are as follows:1.The mechanical structure of engraving machine is introduced.And the functional requirements of engraving machine are analyzed and the overall design scheme of controller is planned.The corresponding hardware circuit is designed according to the functional requirements,and the hardware design of the whole motion controller is completed.2.The two kinds of interpolation methods are analyzed and the linear interpolation method of data sampling interpolation is selected according to the characteristics of the controller.According to the problem of uneven curve movement of engraving machine,the optimization method of turning speed based on radius is designed and compared with the optimization method of turning speed based on Angle,the advantages of this method are proved.Finally,the optimization method of turning speed is extended to the continuous small line segment to make the carving function smoothly carry on the curve movement3.The CANopen protocol is analyzed and applied to the motion controller.By programming the controller and setting up the server,CAN communication between the two is realized.4.According to the functional requirements of engraving machine,the realization program of each function of engraving machine was designed and tested.The carving error is obtained according to the data fed back by CAN in cutting.Finally,the research work of the whole dissertation is summarized,the shortcomings of the controller are analyzed,and the research direction of the controller is prospected.
