Precision-guided weapons are the main equipment of modern high-tech warfare and an important component of information warfare.The core technology of precision-guided weapon is good imaging technology and identification and tracking technology.With the continuous development of inverse synthetic aperture radar(insar)imaging technology,the target identification and tracking technology over long distances in the military has been further developed.This paper studies the identification and tracking of military targets based on high resolution ISAR images.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the background and significance of target recognition and tracking methods based on high-resolution ISAR images are introduced.Secondly,the research status of mainstream high-resolution radar image recognition technology and target tracking technology is summarized,and the practical significance of target recognition and tracking research on ISAR images is illustrated.The development and characteristics of wavelet transform are introduced.On this basis,DWT and dt-cwt wavelet transform and their characteristics are described in detail.The advantages and disadvantages of the three transformations in image processing,the filter design principle and the structure of the filter bank,prove that dt-cwt has good texture description characteristics and is suitable for feature extraction of ISAR images.The classification method of complex wavelet sparse representation is used to identify targets on ISAR images.According to the statistical method,the ISAR image is modeled in the complex wavelet domain and the eigenvectors are constructed.To this end,three kinds of statistical models,such as Von Mises,are used to model the relative phase of complex subbands.The shortcomings of the target tracking method based on correlation filtering in ISAR images are analyzed.The ISAR image tracking algorithm based on correlation filtering is studied and analyzed.Based on the characteristics of ISAR images,the defects of correlation filtering applied to ISAR images are analyzed,and then several improved methods are proposed.The improved algorithm can achieve higher scores in ISAR images in terms of tracking rate robustness and other performance.
