Planetary gear reducer has many advantages in the process of transmission, so it is widely used in machinery industry. However,due to constraints of traditional design ebtity can not be repeated experiments;so the design cycle is too long, cost is high, the product quality is not high. In order to solve this problem,this paper introduced the computer design process, the use of virtual experiment instead of the traditional physical experiments the research subject.In this paper, the establishment of NGW31 planetary gear reducer 3D model by using the Solidworks software, select the gear reducer of the core as the research object, its use Ansys finite element analysis software, the fifth-order free modal analysis natural frequencies and mode shapes drawn map.To drive the applied load, the output shaft of the transmission device and the static calculation and analysis, to obtain the output shaft and the transmission of the stress strain nephogram. The calculation of yield strength and ultimate stress strain nephogram and contrastmaterial, the design strength of the transmission shaft and the transmission device to determine whether reliable. For meshing force between the planetary gear reducer gear ratio, each axis accelerometer, sun gear and planetary wheel, between the wheel and the inner planetary gear meshing force, meshing frequency theoretical calculations. The planetary gear reducer virtual prototyping is established by using Adams software, and the dynamic simulation was carried out on the model of the transmission device, the simulation of each axis angular velocity curve, the sun wheel and planetary wheel circumference force and radial force in time domain and frequency domain graph, the planetary gear and the internal gear circumferential stress and radial force in time domain and frequency domain graph comprehensive, gear contact force in time domain and frequency domain, the simulation curves and the theory calculation and comparative analysis, obtains the theory value and simulation value judgment error, a virtual prototype model is reliable according to the error, if reliable, or to modify the parameters of the virtual simulation experiment. The use of such methods continue to optimize virtual experiments and get the best system, shortening the development cycle, reduce design and development cost, improve product quality,has good application engineering.In this paper, through to NGW31 planetary gear reducer gear static simulation, dynamic simulation, it is concluded that the strength of materials and reliable planetary gear reducer,the virtual prototype is reliable.
