The rapid development of contemporary infrared detection technology has brought enormous challenges to the development of stealth transformation of weapon warfare platforms such as China's new generation of fighter aircraft. The low emissivity infrared stealth coating containing particles has been widely studied and applied as an effective means for reducing and weakening enemy infrared detecting equipment.Low-infrared emissivity coatings are usually composite systems composed of resin binders and pigment particles.Their infrared stealth performance is affected by many factors,so how to theoretically study various parameters in infrared stealth coatings for coatings The impact of establishing a reliable emissivity model and guiding the design and experimentation of the coating is of great significance. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:In this paper, the infrared transmission process in low-emissivity infrared stealth coating with particles is studied. The energy flow theory and time-domain finite difference method are combined with the previous research results to establish the infrared stealth coating emissivity calculation model and use the time domain. The finite difference method is used to calculate the scattering properties of the pigment particles in the infrared atmosphere window, and the results of this calculation are used to explain the reason why the low emissivity coating reduces the emissivity from the microscopic point of view, and the scattering characteristics of the single metal pigment particles are found for the coating. The emissivity has a significant impact, and the backscattering properties of individual pigment particles are the most important factors affecting the emissivity of the coating. Then, using the established emissivity model, the effects of various factors in the low emissivity coating on the stealth performance of the coating were calculated and discussed in detail, and the Monte Carlo method was used to verify the emissivity of the coating. The two methods combined with the way to predict the best emissivity in the coating, found that there is an optimal metal particle size, volume concentration, coating thickness,so that the emissivity of the infrared stealth coating is optimal.
