The Research On The Applications Of Regional Culture In Rural Landscape Planning And Design

As the root of Chinese regional culture and the home of the 570 million rural people,Chinese villages are playing important roles when the country calls for rural revitalization and cultural confidence,because of that,it is high time landscape architects thought about how to promote villages’ development and local regional culture by designing rural landscape through the use of cultures.This paper takes the application of regional culture in rural landscape design as the research subject.Firstly,reviewing a lot of literature,sorted out the research results of regional culture and rural landscape design at home and abroad,the author clarifies the concepts and connections of regional culture and rural landscape design and introduces the theoretical basis of applying regional culture to landscape design.After that,the paper proposes the methods of refining the regional culture of the countries,and expounds the device for combining regional culture and the rural landscape design,introduced the principles,strategies and techniques of the design together with the application methods of regional culture(by using culture symbols).The application methods of regional culture in the rural landscape design are summarized from macroscopic,mesoscopic and microscopic aspects.Finally,the rural landscape design case of Hutang Village in Qidong County,Hunan Province is taken as an actual case of landscape design.On the basis of field research,the unique regional culture of Hutang Village was refined,and the application of regional culture to the rural landscape design of Hutang Village was discussed in detail,which proved the feasibility of effectively displaying the local regional culture in the specific rural landscape design.Provide some reference for the subsequent rural landscape design.This paper discusses the application of regional culture in the countryside landscape design,taking the Hutang village landscape design as an example,proved effective in specific rural landscape design to show the feasibility of regional culture.for the subsequent embodiment of the regional culture of rural landscape design to provide some reference,to rural landscape design for new development.
