With the development of social economy and technology, the problem of decision making in reality becomes more and more complicated.Due to individual decision maker can't consider the problem comprehensively,a multi-attribute group decision making is proposed,in which multiple experts participate in the decision making.Meanwhile, because the decision makers are hesitant in the evaluation process, the evaluation results are filled with uncertainly and ambiguity. As an important tool in fuzzy sets theory, intuitionistic fuzzy sets can better describe the evaluation information of decision makers than real sets and fuzzy sets.In addition, with the development of green buildings, there are many types of new building materials. To choose appropriate new building materials by decision makers can not only meet the requirements of the building, but also save costs, protect the environment, and enhance the competitiveness of builders. However, experts are hesitant to evaluate the new building materials. Therefore, the selection of new building materials can be summarized as a typical intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute group decision making problemThere are many multi-attribute group decision making methods in intuitionistic fuzzy environment. However, the existing intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute group decision making methods based on information measures have the following three shortcomings:First,in many studies, expert weights and attribute weights are given subjectively, resulting in subjective final decision results. The second is that there are relatively few intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute group decision making methods based on knowledge measures and the existing information measures have many shortcomings. The third is that the existing methods rarely consider the decision making status of decision makers. When making decisions on evaluation information, they do not take into account the decision makers' decision making emotions and preferencesIn order to make up for the shortcomings of the existing intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute group decision making methods, this paper proposes a multi-attribute group decision making method based on knowledge measures, which fully considers the decision making status of decision makers, and applies the method to the selection of new building materials. The main work of this paper is divided into the following three aspects(1)This paper constructs a new knowledge measure model of intuitionistic fuzzy sets with parameters.First, the three aspects of information content, information clarity and information validity are used to measure the amount of knowledge of intuitionistic fuzzy sets.By comparing the existing information entropy measures and knowledge measures, the shortcomings of these information measures are pointed out,and it is shown that knowledge measures have more advantages than information entropy measures in describing the ambiguity of intuitionistic fuzzy sets. Then,in order to highlight the flexibility of the knowledge measure proposed in this paper,a parametric analysis is performed on the proposed knowledge measure. Finally, compared with the existing information measures, the rationality and effectiveness of the knowledge measures proposed in this paper are verified(2)This paper proposes a multi-attribute group decision making method based on the amount of knowledge.First, based on the knowledge measure proposed in this paper, the knowledge amount of the evaluation matrix is measured, and the attribute weight is determined according to the proportion of the knowledge amount of each attribute to the individual's comprehensive knowledge amount.A knowledge amount ratio method considering the decision making status of decision makers is proposed Secondly,by comparing the information content, information clarity, and information validity of the two intuitionistic fuzzy sets, the difference model of intuitionistic fuzzy sets based on the amount of knowledge is defined to measure the difference in knowledge between the two intuitionistic fuzzy sets.Based on the difference in the amount of knowledge between the individual evaluation information and the group evaluation information, the consistency of the group knowledge is defined(the consistency of the group knowledge=1-difference),and a consensus model for maximizing the group knowledge is established to solve the expert weights. Finally,a group knowledge measure model is defined, which is used to measure the amount of knowledge about supporting schemes in comprehensive evaluation information, and then the schemes are ranked according to the amount of knowledge(3)The intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute group decision making method proposed in this paper is applied to the selection of new building materials, and the best materials of the four new building materials are selected to form the best combination of construction materials.Practical case analysis verifies the effectiveness and practicability of the method.By changing the parameter values to study the influence of the parameters on the final ranking results,it is shown that the proposed method fully considers the decision making status of the decision maker and is consistent with the actual decision making situation. Finally, compared with existing information measures,it illustrates the universality and effectiveness of the proposed method in this paper.
