With the increase of global economic friction and the uncertainty of economic policies,the economic development is weak,the downward pressure on the economy is increasing,and the economic benefits of enterprises are declining.At the same time,the global industrial division system is becoming more and more detailed,and the competition among enterprises in the industrial chain is becoming more and more intense.These problems have led to the pressure of employees' development in the enterprise,the pace of work is quickening,and the pressure of work is increasing.At the same time,people's pursuit of material culture is constantly improving,life style is changing and life rhythm is speeding up,which further leads to psychological problems of employees.Psychological problems can reduce employees' work initiative and enthusiasm,and then reduce their work performance,interpersonal communication level,management decision-making mistakes,and even employees' turnover.The emergence of these problems will lead to the reduction of enterprise management efficiency,the decline of enterprise competitiveness,and the serious damage of enterprise economic benefits.A service project called employee assistance programs(EAP)has been applied and recognized abroad.This service project can effectively solve all kinds of psychological problems in the work and life of employees,reduce the psychological pressure of employees,and help the development of enterprises.As a state-owned enterprise,Tianjin electric power company is facing more and more severe competition.The pressure of employees is increasing.At the same time,many personal problems such as life,social,promotion and so on are highlighted,which not only affects the personal work of employees,but also seriously affects the development of the enterprise.Tianjin electric power company,through the implementation of EAP project,to a certain extent,supports the excellent operation needs of the enterprise,and the harmonious development of employees' body and mind is on the right track.Through several years of operation,enterprises also found the shortcomings of EAP system.Based on the results of EAP at home and abroad,and through the analysis of a large number of questionnaire data,this paper puts forward the deepening application plan of EAP system for Tianjin electric power company after the implementation of EAP project.It has done a lot of work and prospective design in the aspects of principles,optimization measures and organization mode,which is the foundation of EAP system for Tianjin electric power company Perfection points out the direction.
