Electricity is a national strategic resource,and power supply enterprises are the foundation of national construction.Electric power enterprises are an important part of the socialist market economy and the lifeblood of the national economy.Electricity is the basic industry of national economic development,which plays an important role in promoting the development of national economy and harmonious society.With the reform of the power system,the country has liberalized the power selling side,and the era of the power supply company being the only one has ended.In order to cope with the power system reform and seize the electricity sales market,State Grid Corporation of China has carried out internal reform from top to bottom.With the deepening of the reform,the company has higher and higher requirements for employees,and the employees of power supply enterprises are under greater pressure than before.State Grid Zhangye Power Supply Company is an important power supply enterprise that runs through the east and west power arteries,and is responsible for the power supply for people’s production and life in the middle section of Hexi Corridor.As the end of the reform of State Grid Corporation,all the reform policies of State Grid Corporation are reflected here.In recent years,the energy policy has been frequently adjusted,and the business volume has suddenly increased.As a result,the pressure on employees in Zhangye Company has risen sharply.Employees are overloaded for a long time.Under high pressure,employees have psychological and physical problems,which seriously affect the development of enterprises.In this paper,the countermeasures to improve the pressure management of grass-roots employees in State Grid Zhangye Power Supply Company are taken as the research topic.Firstly,the origin and concept of pressure,the concept and origin of work pressure,the sources of work pressure,the influencing factors of work pressure sources,the results caused by work pressure,the coping strategies of work pressure and the related contents of employee help plan are introduced.Secondly,according to the theory of Robbins’ three elements of stress and the content of occupational stress scale,a stress questionnaire survey is designed,which is distributed and interviewed on the spot;Thirdly,according to the results of interviews and questionnaires,the stress of grass-roots employees is quantitatively analyzed;Finally,according to the actual limitations and problems in stress management,the paper puts forward the countermeasures of employees’ stress management in Zhangye Power Supply Company,including organizational countermeasures,external environment countermeasures and personal suggestions,etc.
