Chinese oil companies have made great achievements,showing a strong development prospects and market potential,and in the oil production and operation of enterprises in the process of the most valuable resource is the talent.How to retain talents and make good use of talents has become the main problem of human resource management in enterprises.This paper at home and abroad about the loss of staff and forewarning management theory as the foundation,through conducts the investigation and study to the sy petroleum construction engineering company employee turnover status,according to the working characteristics of the characteristics of the company and employees.Analysis main influencing factors of enterprise employee turnover and turnover signs;combined with the staff loss theory model and employee turnover early-warning management idea,construct sy petroleum construction engineering company employee turnover model figure,has been clear about the process and influencing factors of employee turnover.According to SY petroleum construction engineering company employees flow problem,establish the sy petroleum construction engineering company staff loss forewarning management index system,combined with the historical data records and research,determine the value of early warning indicators,the scope and period.In the context of the establishment of early warning system,and further construction meet the sy petroleum construction engineering company demand and with the actual operation of the employee turnover early-warning system,strengthen enterprise to prevent employee loss of early warning system of construction,reduce staff turnover,and the control without affecting the safety in production of the range and reduce the losses caused to the enterprise employee turnover.This paper pays attention to the combination of theory and enterprise development,in order to prevent the loss of staff as the breakthrough point,to improve enterprise security operation ability,and to provide effective and feasible solution for enterprise staff turnover early warning management.
