With the construction and development of smart grid,wireless sensor technology has broad application prospects in the fields of power equipment status monitoring,power system fault diagnosis and transmission line fault warning and positioning.Transmission line is an important part of the power grid.The regular inspection of transmission line is the main means to ensure the normal operation of the power grid.The regular inspection wastes human,financial and material resources,so the state detection is used.As an important state detection sensor of transmission line,the power supply of strain clamp sensor can not meet the needs of long-term reliable operation of the sensor.In this paper,the hybrid energy collection technology is used to realize the long-term self power supply of sensor nodes.Firstly,according to the energy demand of wireless temperature sensor nodes in tension clamp of transmission line,this paper analyzes and designs the hybrid energy collection circuit of solar energy and wire vibration kinetic energy.The main research work is as follows:(1)the application environment of the transmission line sensor is analyzed,and the characteristics of solar energy and vibration of the conductor in the field environment are analyzed.According to the development demand of wireless self power supply,the design goal of wireless temperature sensor node self power supply is proposed.(2)Under different illumination,temperature and load resistance,the output characteristics of photovoltaic cells are analyzed and their mathematical models are established.The method of impedance matching is used to make the photovoltaic cell work in the maximum power state.In order to reduce the output voltage of solar cell in weak light,a kind of conversion circuit which can not only improve the voltage transmission ratio but also adjust the voltage is designed,and the function of the circuit is verified by MATLAB simulation.(3)Aiming at the collection of vibration energy,the vibration frequency of transmission line is analyzed.Through the finite element analysis,the piezoelectric cantilever structure suitable for the environment is designed,the equivalent circuit of the piezoelectric cantilever is established,and the parameters of the equivalent circuit are determined.(4)This paper designs a hybrid energy collection circuit of solar energy and piezoelectric vibration energy,analyzes the working state of the hybrid energy collection circuit when it outputs energy at the same time,and designs the working mode of the whole system.5)The main functions of the hybrid energy collection circuit and the wireless communication module are verified by experiments.
