When the vane pump works,under the influence of internal vibration of the hydraulic system or external environment,a certain amount of particles in the oil flow with the hydraulic oil,resulting in the flow of the vane pump into a complex solid-liquid two-phase flow.With the circulating flow of hydraulic oil,the flow inside the vane pump will become complex solid-liquid two-phase flow.Solid particles will not only affect the heat transfer efficiency of hydraulic oil,but also cause wear on the distribution plate,and aggravate the structural vibration caused by oil flow.Therefore,it is necessary to study the flow mechanism and structural characteristics of the flow field of vane pump distribution pair under variable operating conditions,which can provide some references for the innovative design of the vane pump.In this dissertation,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods are used to study the flow field characteristics of intra-vane type pump under variable conditions.The influence of variable operating conditions on the internal flow field of the distribution pair was explored,and the structural characteristics of the distribution plate of the intra-vane type pump were further analyzed.The main conclusions obtained are as follows:(1)Based on the computational fluid dynamics software Fluent,the flow field characteristics of the oil film of the distribution pairs of the intra-vane type pump were analyzed under the conditions of different oil film thickness,different operating pressure,different rotating speed and different oil temperature.It was found that the high pressure area of the oil film of the distribution side was concentrated near the oil groove of the middle cavity of the blade in the oil drainage area,and the changes of the oil film thickness,pressure and rotating speed had little effect on the distribution of the oil film pressure.When the working pressure and rotating speed increase,the temperature of the oil film surface will also increase,and the temperature near the near the oil groove of the middle cavity of the blade in the oil absorption area increases significantly.After the initial temperature of oil increases,the temperature appreciation in the high pressure area will decrease.(2)By using the built-in two-phase flow model of Fluent,after analyzing and studying the solid-liquid two-phase flow mechanism in the oil film of the distribution pair of the intra-vane type pump,it is found that the solid-phase particles will affect the temperature of the oil film,but it has little effect on pressure.The solid phase concentration distribution at the cross section of oil film is different from that on the surface of oil film.The changes of solid particle diameter,solid particle volume fraction,working pressure and rotating speed all affect the interaction between particles,thus affecting the distribution of solid particles on the oil film surface,and then affecting the temperature distribution on the surface of the distribution secondary oil film.(3)Based on the one-way thermal-fluid-solid coupling method,the structural characteristics of the distribution plate of the intra-vane type pump were studied.It is found that the deformation and stress of the distribution plate are mainly concentrated near the oil groove in the middle cavity of the blade in the oil absorption zone,while the distribution plate does not deform in the oil drainage zone.The change of working pressure and temperature has obvious influence on the strain and stress of the distribution plate of the intra-vane type pump,while the speed has little influence on the deformation of the distribution plate.The modal analysis of the valve plate of the intra-vane type pump shows that its modal deformation is mainly concentrated in the vicinity of the oil suction port and the oil discharge port.Due to the high natural frequency of the distribution plate,the distribution plate of the intra-vane type pump will not resonate due to the excitation in the pump.
