The flow distribution pair is one of the friction pairs of the intra-vane type pump.The oil film pressure distribution and the total bearing capacity generated here have a direct impact on the bearing capacity of the plate and the performance of the vane pump.The research on the vane pump with flow distribution usually only enumerates the pressure distribution in the regular area,does not take into account the pressure distribution and its bearing capacity of the transitional region,and did not consider capacity of cavity pressure vane pump work changes brought about by the cyclical impact.So the calculation results are somewhat different from the actual results,no oil film pressure distribution of complete accurate expression,also does not have the accurate value of total capacity,which affects the accuracy of the force analysis of flow table.In view of this problem,this paper adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis,flow field simulation and electrical simulation,experimental test to conduct a study on the pressure distribution of oil film and the bearing capacity that can be generated by it.At the same time,I consider the changes of the them when the oil contains particles.The main contents are as follows:1)The relative motion of each part of the vane pump is analyzed,the accurate pressure value of oil in each groove of the valve plate is calculated,the pressure distribution in the oil suction area and the oil discharge area is analyzed,and the calculation method of the pressure on the back of the valve plate is obtained.2)The assumption of the same principle was made for the oil film model,and the model was simplified.And select the moment when the oil absorption process is just completed,the software Fluent was used to set its boundary conditions,and the pressure distribution was simulated,including the pressure distribution in the transition area and the total bearing capacity value.3)Particles were added into the oil to fit the actual working conditions of the vane pump,and the changes of its pressure distribution and bearing capacity were obtained.4)The model of conductive medium is established which is the same as the oil film,and the bearing capacity of the oil film is obtained by the method of proportional calculation,which proves the feasibility of the voltage simulation of the oil pressure distribution under the complex model.And According to the working characteristics of vane pump,the periodic variation of bearing capacity is obtained by means of electrical simulation Finally,I designed an electrical experiment and verified the voltage distribution results obtained by software simulation by taking some points to measure the voltage and proved that it is feasible to map the oil pressure distribution by electrical experiment.In this paper,the distribution law of oil film pressure and the periodic change of the total bearing capacity are obtained through the simplified analysis of the oil film model of the flow distribution of the intra-vane type pump,and provides a method for calculating the residual compression force of the flow distribution pair of vane pump,and has certain guiding significance for optimizing the force and deformation of the distribution plate of the intra-vane type pump and balancing reducing the friction and leakage.
