The Research On The Design Of Commercial Pedestrian Street Based On Regional Characteristics

After the 21th century,with the advancement of economic and cultural development,the contradiction between the gradual improvement of regional consciousness and the accelerated process of globalization has become increasingly acute.In the design of commercial pedestrian street architecture,the architectural form tends to imitate the foreign architectural style,which leads to the convergence of the architectural form of commercial street.Regional commercial street design is considered to be a relatively good solution to this trend.In this context,this paper makes a comparative analysis of four commercial street cases which have gained a certain degree of recognition and high commercial vitality in China.Through the analysis of street space,building elements,space scale and format,the advantages and disadvantages of the case are analyzed,and the causes and driving factors of regional commercial street design are summarized.Taking this as a clue,this paper makes an analysis of the related problems in the design of regional commercial streets,including the natural level,social level,commercial level and economic and technological level.This paper argues that the design of regional commercial pedestrian street should not be just a design method driven by capital,which can attract people by regional design of commercial pedestrian space to drive the overall vitality of the site and surrounding environment.Instead,the regional commercial pedestrian space should be used as a bridge between the historical context of the site and the consumer culture.In the first chapter,based on the history of commercial pedestrian street and related theoretical research both at home and abroad,this paper puts forward its own research methods and research framework for the problems existing in the domestic commercial pedestrian street.The second chapter compares the case of Chengdu Ocean Pacific,Shanghai Xintiandi commercial pedestrian street,Chengdu Hong ya cave pedestrian street and Nanjing 1912 commercial block,and compares the differences between the various cases.Contrast the differences.In the third chapter,the factors affecting the natural level,social level,commercial level and economic and technological level of commercial pedestrian street are analyzed,and the driving factors of regional commercial pedestrian street and how to operate are summarized.Chapter Four tries to apply the above design methods in project practice after refining and translating them.The full text is about 4200 words,90 self-drawing and 50 references.
