Risk Management And Research On Creditor's Rights Investment Of Lantsang Hydropower Station Project

Strengthening the management and research of creditor's rights investment risk of hydropower project plays an important role in the successful operation of the project.At present,there are more and more projects invested in the construction of hydropower stations in China.However,due to the long construction period,high cost and high technical complexity of domestic hydropower stations,and the location of most hydropower stations in remote mountainous areas,backward infrastructure,traffic congestion,in the process of construction,ecological protection will also be involved.At the same time,legal awareness and cultural water in various regions will also be involved.In order to maximize the benefits,it is particularly important to manage and study the risk of creditor's rights investment in hydropower projects.Therefore,this paper takes Lantsang hydropower project as the research object,identifies the risk of creditor's rights investment in hydropower projects and finishes the establishment.Good index system and its evaluation,and the establishment of the optimal risk management program are of great significance.Firstly,this paper expounds the basic theory of project investment risk,then carries out an analysis from the present situation of the project creditor's rights investment risk of Lantsang Hydropower Station,combs and summarizes the present situation of various risks existing in the project creditor's rights investment of Lantsang Hydropower Station,and advances the risks related to the main body of repayment of debts,the investment project and the project party,the guarantor and the project creditor's Make a summary and identify the main risk types.Secondly,based on the tools and methods of WBS-RRS and AHP,this paper introduces the construction principles of the evaluation index system,and on this basis,constructs the risk evaluation system of the creditor's rights investment of the Lantsang Hydropower Station and the risk evaluation model of the bond investment of the Lantsang Hydropower Station,collects relevant data by means of questionnaires,identifies the main risks existing in the creditor's rights investment process of the project,and The AHP method is used to construct the index layer and judgment matrix,calculate the risk results and rank them.Finally,according to the risk index sequence obtained by the AHP method,corresponding preventive measures are established from the main body responsible for the project,so as to effectively put forward a series of corresponding measures.This study will effectively improve the management and control of the investment risk of the creditor's rights of Lantsang Hydropower Station project and enhance the risk response ability.It will also provide support and reference for the identification,evaluation and prevention measures of the creditor's rights investment of other hydropower projects in China.
