In recent years,China's manufacturing industry to flourish,in the mechanical product inventory growth at the same time,the rapid growth in the amount of waste mechanical products,brought a series of problems of environmental protection,safety and resources;at the same time,the traditional manufacturing industry is also facing the challenges of artificial and material cost increase.How to reuse waste products,protect the ecological environment and reduce the cost of enterprises has aroused great concern from the state,enterprises and customers.Remanufacturing industry has attracted more and more attention.With the support of national policies,the rapid development of remanufacturing industry,which brings opportunities,makes market competition more intense,which makes remanufacturing enterprises face more critical customers.In the critical period of entry into the growth period,remanufacturing enterprises should comply with the market development situation,strive for the largest market share and persist in the coming of the mature stage.Because growth period is a good opportunity for enterprises to enhance the price image and quality image,it is very important for remanufacturing enterprises to make correct product marketing strategy.In this paper,TY remanufacturing Company is taken as the research object,and the product marketing strategy of remanufacturing product is studied to solve the problem of TY product remanufacturing Company lacking product marketing strategy.First of all,this paper expounds the background and significance of the research on the product marketing strategy of TY remanufacturing Company,and analyzes the domestic and foreign research situation of the re manufacturing product marketing by the method of literature analysis,and establishes the technical route.Secondly,the paper gives a brief introduction to the relevant marketing theory,laying a solid theoretical foundation for the study of the marketing strategy of the remanufacturing product.Thirdly,on the basis of analyzing the general situation of TY Company and the R & D and technical situation of remanufacturing products,the macro environment analysis,product life cycle and SWOT analysis are carried out on the basis of the analysis of the general situation and the R & D and the technical situation of the remanufactured products of the TY remanufacturing Company.The marketing strategy adopted by the TY remanufacturing Company is combined with the marketing strategy.By using STP theory and designing marketing mix,we can optimize the marketing strategy of TY Company's remanufacturing products.Then,this paper points out the problems existing in the marketing of remanufactured products of TY Company,establishes a closed loop supply chain model based on remanufacturing,and uses a comprehensive induction to draw the conclusion of this paper,that is,to formulate the implementation scheme for the optimization strategy of remanufacturing product marketing suitable for TY Company: guided by advanced marketing ideas;A profound analysis of the market,the realization of precision marketing,the training of the introduction of the sales elite,the active development of sales channels,the full use of network sales,and the strengthening of price decision making.Finally,this paper takes TY Company M &a S Company as an example,and applies the research conclusions to practice,showing the recent comprehensive application of TY Company to product marketing strategy,and validates the validity of the conclusion.According to the TY manufacturing Company comprehensive analysis,product marketing strategy,the conclusion of application,make up for the lack of remanufacturing products in the field of marketing research,has certain innovation significance,can guide the TY manufacturing Company product marketing,but also on the remanufacturing industry with reference to the relevant units and personnel.
