With the development of technology,satellite guided projectiles are increasingly becoming one of the most important weapons and equipments in modern warfare.It is obvious that the guided projectiles have many advantages,including low cost,high precision,strong killing ability,and accomplishing the combat mission quickly and efficiently.In this paper,the interior ballistic of a certain type of satellite guided projectiles due to the wear of the elastic band during the launching process is studied,and the simulation of the one-dimensional two-phase flow for the projectile's ignition system,internal combustion and internal flow field is carried out.The main contents of this article are as follows:a)Based on the combustion mechanism and hypothesis in the ignition tube,a onedimensional two-phase flow model of the ignition tube is established,and the relevant software is compiled for numerical simulation.The variation and distribution of various parameters in the ignition tube,such as gas pressure,gas velocity,particle velocity and void fraction,are analyzed.;b)Base on the combustion in the ignition tube and the main charge,a two-dimensional two-phase coupling model of flow field in the bore of a satellite guided projectile during the launching process is established,and the relevant software is compiled for numerical simulation.According to the simulation results,the variation and distribution of parameters such as pressure,void fraction and velocity are analyzed,the interior ballistic process is summarized,and the influence of loading conditions on the interior ballistic performance of the guided projectile is analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis for improving the interior ballistic performance and launching safety of the guided projectile;c)Based on the leakage caused by the gap between the sliding belt and barrel,an interior ballistics model is established,which is coupled with the pipe flow model at the gap.The influence of different gap sizes on the launching process of the guided projectile and the location of the guidance position is analyzed.
