Solar energy is a kind of clean energy,which is renewable,widely distributed,pollution-free and has great market development potential.Photovoltaic power generation is the most important application of solar energy.Because of its simple structure,stable performance and no pollutants generated in the process of power generation,a large number of photovoltaic power stations came into being.However,when the photovoltaic panel is placed in the outdoor environment,a large amount of dust will attach on the surface of the photovoltaic panel,which will reduce the power generation efficiency of the photovoltaic panel and the overall income of the power station.In serious cases,it will damage the photovoltaic panel and even cause the safety accident of the power station.It can be seen that when the design scheme of photovoltaic power station is formulated,the corresponding scheme should also be formulated for the later operation and maintenance of the power station.Taking the design of a 800 MW photovoltaic power station in Datong City as an example,after the completion of the design work of the power station,the maintenance work of the ash deposition of photovoltaic panels after the operation of the power station is studied.The specific arrangement of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the paper analyzes the feasibility of photovoltaic power station construction in the project site from the distribution of solar energy resources and the surrounding power grid,and according to the relevant technical regulations,the selection and design of photovoltaic panels,inverters,combiner boxes and other equipment in the station.After the overall technical scheme of the whole photovoltaic power station is designed,the power generation efficiency and power generation capacity of the whole photovoltaic power station are predicted..Secondly,after the completion of part of the design of photovoltaic power station,the electrical primary part and electrical secondary part of the grid connection scheme of photovoltaic power station are specifically described,and the access scheme,main wiring,secondary wiring scheme and equipment selection are discussed.At the same time,the terminal configuration of dispatching automation is made.Finally,after the grid connection scheme of the power station is determined,asolution to the problem that the ash deposition has an impact on the power generation efficiency of the operating power station is proposed.Theoretical analysis shows the mechanism of the influence of ash deposition on the photovoltaic power generation process.After the experiment,it is found that due to dust shielding,the monthly loss of power generation efficiency of photovoltaic panels can reach 7.93%.Therefore,an automatic cleaning device of photovoltaic panel is designed to eliminate the influence of dust accumulation.And in the field test of the device,the total generating revenue increased by 1.08%,which verified the practicability of the device.
