The seeker is the core of a precision guided weapon.It is responsible for tracking the target,outputting the guidance signal,and controlling the missile to hit the target.It is the most critical subsystem of the guidance control system.As the most critical component of the seeker,the seeker servo component not only controls the photo-detector on the servo-stabilized platform to continuously and stably track the target,but also isolates the missile disturbance during missile flight during the tracking process.However,due to the many test indicators of servo components,the processing of test data is complicated,resulting in a long test time.Writing the host computer software of the servo test system can use software to drive the hardware for automated testing,effectively improving the efficiency and accuracy of the seeker servo component test.This thesis takes the servo component of seeker and its internal control core servo control board as the test object,and introduces the composition,connection relationship and test principle of the servo test system from the two aspects of servo control board test and servo component test.This thesis introduces the servo test system console,analyzes the testing requirements of its host computer software,and develops a design based on this.The object-oriented development software Delphi is used as the programming language to develop the host computer software of the servo test system.The main contents of the study are:1.Analyze the test requirements of the host computer software of the servo test system: Communication parameter setting;Servo test project management;Servo working mode setting;Servo working status and parameter curve display;Editing of curves,including selection display,zoom in and out,measurement,etc.;Processing and display of test data;Read,edit and download servo parameters;Storage and playback of servo parameters and test data.According to the test requirements,complete the functional design of the host computer software,and divide the host computer software into five modules:a)Communication configuration module: used to configure the communication between the host computer software and servo components and test equipment;b)Data transceiver module: used to realize the function of receiving and sending data;c)Test control module: according to the selected test method,control the test equipment to generate corresponding incentives,so as to obtain the test results after processing the received response data;d)System display module: used to realize the man-machine interface required for testing requirements,including waveform display,test and instruction status display,parameter debugging display,etc.;e)Data reading and saving module: It is used to save and read out test data,parameters or test process and results.2.Complete the improvement and upgrade design of the MCU program of the servo control board,and realize the data and process interaction with the host computer software.3.Write the program of each module and the entire upper computer software program and complete the debugging.On the basis of the above work,the software of the seeker servo test system is verified,and the functions and performance of the servo control board and servo components are tested to prove that the software can complete the required functions.
