| Servo system is a kind of automatic control system,which makes the output change with the input.And servo system owns numerous kinds and extensive application.The performance of the servo system has the direct impact on the operation of the whole system.Therefore,it is necessary to test the performance of the servo system.The measurement and control system provides great convenience for the development and debugging of the servo system.Due to strong pertinence,single test signal and limited range of use of the traditional measurement and control system,it is significant to design a portable measurement and control system,which has strong commonality and a variety of test signals and analysis methods.In this paper,an integrated measurement and control system is designed.The following three parts are designed based on the existing slave computer of the servo system:Firstly,the hardware and software of the logic control slave computer are designed:In hardware,Samsung’s S3C6410 is selected as the core processor of the logic control slave computer.AD acquisition board and logic acquisition are designed by the way of motherboard and sub-PCB to complete the acquisition of analog signal and logical signal.In software,signal display and analysis functions are designed.And the salve computer uses CAN to complete the data communication with the servo test software.Secondly,the servo test software with comprehensive measure and control function is designed:The software includes a variety of test signals,such as the classic test signal and the route test signal.And it can test different kinds of servo system and dual axis servo system via using CAN,parallel port,network port and other means of communication.And a variety of data analysis models are designed to analyze the performance of the servo system.At last,Route simulator software is designed:According to the mathematical model of the route,the simulator achieves the function of the route simulation,and provides a variety of classic route.The design of 3D display for the route track is completed.And converting the route data to the servo system test order is to reach the goal of the multi-direction test of the servo system with the software.In this paper,on the basis of the overall design of the integrated measurement and control system and the related software and hardware completed,the performance of the system has been debugged.The results of the experiments show that this test system can satisfy the test requirements and has the good applying prospect. |
