At present,1553 B bus cables are still very commonly used and significant in aerospace,civil and other fields.However,the design and production test verification standards for the 1553 B bus cable are very complicated,not only involving many types of parameters,but also extremely strict passing criteria.However,in some test scenarios,manual measurement is still needed,and manual measurement can only complete some static parameters.The measurement of dynamic parameters requires another complex test platform.The test process is complex and the test scene is fixed.,The test time is too long and the efficiency is low.In such an application background,the research on the test system and its supporting software that combines the static and dynamic parameters of the 1553 B bus cable is of great practical significance and practical value.This subject is based on the exploration of the 1553 B bus cable test system,based on a certain type of PXI board card integration system for the hardware platform to carry out the upper computer software design.This system is a system that integrates various instrument boards required for 1553 B bus cable testing.A comprehensive test system with a chassis is flexible,compact and easy to transfer,with a wide range of test items,and relatively high test accuracy.This subject is to use Visual Studio as the software development platform under Windows system,and C sharp as the development language.According to user needs,the design and development of a 1553 B bus cable test system software is completed.The software can be used to test the electrical performance and bus data transmission performance of the 1553 B bus cable.The software greatly reduces the test burden of testers and improves the testing efficiency of the 1553 B bus cable.This article mainly includes the following points from software design to realization:1.Based on the hardware platform of the system and combined with user needs,the upper computer software is divided into three modules,respectively: static parameter test module,dynamic parameter test module and human-computer interaction module.2.Through the study of each functional board of the hardware,design the detailed control flow of the software to each functional board in the hardware,realize the control of the matrix switch board switching and the test board connection test,as well as the processing of the test data.3.According to user needs,complete the user interface design of the graphical panel to provide users with a clear,intuitive and friendly interactive interface that is easy to operate.Through the study of the above contents,the upper computer software of the1553 B bus cable test system is completed.After actual testing,the software can not only complete all the required tests of 1553 B cable,but also improve the efficiency of the previous test by 4 times.It is now delivered.
