The sewage pumping station is an important part of city drainage system,has the characteristics of large capacity,high energy consumption,strengthen the technical upgrading of sewage pumping station,both for energy saving and emission reduction or to improve the operation level of safety equipment and facilities,improve the city environment,enhance the city suffered heavy rainfall when coping ability has of great significance.At present,most of the sewage pumping station adopts the simple set according to the water level of the water pump operation mode of open cascade,the operation mode is easy to cause frequent fluctuations or the water level of the water pump,causing large power loss.This paper puts forward the control target of the electrical system of the sewage pumping station,sewage lifting pumping station energy saving operation mechanism,discusses sewage pumping station sump water level influence on the real pump lift,and the use of frequency converter and PID control algorithm in the sewage lifting pumping station operation in the process of energy-saving effect is verified by experiment.Through the implementation of technical renovation of pumping station,upgrade the PLC program,using reasonable algorithm,using the inverter control of pump motor,connecting PLC and inverter,PID control,according to the change of liquid level to improve the operation frequency of real-time adjustment of pump unit,a wide range of reducing sewage pumping station sump level changes caused by the loss of lift pump lift.The experimental results show that the method reduces the large range fluctuation of the sump level in the pumping station,reduces the consumption of the unit sewage and achieves the purpose of energy saving.
