| In the 21 st century,an old traditional file management model still exists in a certain vehicle management institute.The huge number of vehicles increases every year will inevitably cause the vehicle management organization to keep the original paper files of all kinds of vehicles and drivers.In the course of business processing,the original documents are often consulted directly,which is easy to be damaged and tampered with,and the security can not be guaranteed.There are many kinds of archived files,and there are frequent changes in various data.Individual archived files can not reflect the status of files in real time,forming data islands.The staff often go into the warehouse to check the paper data when they deal with the business and inquire about the archives,which leads to the low efficiency of dealing with the business in time and space.With the continuous emergence of Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data technology,this traditional old file management model can no longer adapt to the current situation.In order to better enhance the management level of the Vehicle Control Office optimize and integrate the original resources,improve the efficiency of business processing,and solve the warehouse space difficulties.A vehicle management institute proposed the need for an efficient,intelligent,secure file management system based on the Internet to better serve users.In order to design and implement the file and image system of Vehicle Control Office,In this paper,before the design,the simulation analysis system is used to analyze the business process of Vehicle Control Office,point out the problems existing in the management,and put forward the optimization recommendations.In order to have better stability and universality,Struts 2 + Spring + Hibermate architecture and independent,low-coupling,cross-programming language and operating system platform remote calling Web Service technology,so that the system has stable performance and high scalability,maintainability.In the process of image recognition,the original image is de-noised by combining spatial domain with frequency domain,the edge detection and freeman error-correcting chain code are automatically corrected by using Roberts algorithm,and finally the gray scale is binary(SCW)processed,The irrelevant information in the image is removed,and the text information in the image is extracted to reduce the secondary input.In the system security,the role-based access control technology application read control is set up,the multi-layer firewall is set up to detect the system network security,At the same time,the advanced storage technology is used to encrypt and store the image information in the database directly,to protect actively,and to interconnect and intercommunicate the business information.In order to improve the development speed,the complex system is divided into several small systems through the data interface for docking.In the input equipment,the inefficient scanning equipment has been abandoned and the more convenient high-beat equipment has been used instead.In this paper,the practicability,compatibility,advancedness and security of the system are deeply studied and repeatedly demonstrated,and the function of each module,operation interface and image processing flow of the whole system are expounded in detail.Finally,it is proved by practice that the file system discussed in this paper successfully solves the business difficulties of electronic file management in a city car management office,improves the work efficiency,and plays a practical guiding significance for the standardization and management of electronic security. |
