Design And Implementation Of Project Financial Management System Based On Java

Financial management is an important part of power supply enterprise’s electric infrastructure construction project management business,including pre-project cost management,daily cost management after project establishment,project assets financial management,project inventory cost accounting management and so on.At present,Mianyang Power Supply Company adopts ERP platform to integrate the related business management functions of project management.Financial management function service is an important part of the ERP platform.This paper mainly studies and analyses the design and development process of the related functions of the prophase cost management in the project financial management subsystem.In the research work,the general situation of the development of informationization of engineering financial management is sorted out and introduced,the content and characteristics of electric power project financial management are summarized,and the selected Java Web technology system is briefly sorted out.Then,the overall process and management content of the company’s pre-project financial cost management business are investigated in detail,the users and overall objectives of the system are established,The concrete contents and results of the system function use cases are discussed non-functional requirements of the system are put forward.Based on the conclusion of requirement analysis,the overall functional framework of the system is designed in detail,including functional model,network structure,internal functional composition,overall functional class structure,etc.According to the functional composition of the system,the key functional sequence diagrams of each module are designed and analyzed,and the logical structure and physical table design of the database of the system is investigated.On the basis of the system function scheme System specific function realization module design and specific operation flow is studied in detail,the main function realization process is inspected,the core function code is analyzed,and the operation interface effect is displayed.Finally,the system testing work is studied,the system testing environment,methods and process are introduced,and some use cases are selected for detailed introduction.According to the actual test results,the research and development results of the system are analyzed.As an important functional component of the company’s ERP platform,this system studied in this paper provides a comprehensive and convenient financial accounting and management tool for the project accounting post personnel of the company’s finance department,which could improve the automation level of business and promote the overall efficiency of the company’s project financial management.
