With the rapid development of computer information technology and mobile line networking technology,the ticketing business of coach stations in most cities in China has been reformed from manual ticketing to self-service ticketing.It is urgent to design a new generation of intelligent ticketing management system.Passenger can enjoy convenient,intelligent and high-quality services,enabling passenger to book,purchase and manage passenger tickets for cities in the country through the Internet and mobile APP.This paper focuses on the shortcomings of the ticket ing business in the domestic city coach stations.Combined with the actual needs of the passengers for convenient passenger transportation services,this paper proposes a self-service ticketing management system for coach stations based on C#.NET technology.The main work and innovations of this paper are summarized as follows:(1)We analyze the current status and existing deficiencies of ticket ing in major cities and townships in China,and analyze the demand for convenient ticketing/purchasing and management services for passenger terminals in the Internet and mobile Internet era.The business needs of the ticketing management system for the coach terminal of the Internet and mobile internet.Four types of ticketing/purchasing business scenarios are discussed,including manual ticketing windows,self-service ticketing machines,ticketing websites,and mobile phone ticketing APP purchase tickets.(2)According to the proposed business demands,we design the model architecture of intelligent coach station self-service ticketing management system,including the overall architecture,system database structure,and the functional modules.The core functions of this system mainly include car management,routing management,passenger information management,passenger security management,ticketing management,ticketing business analysis,ticketing profit settlement,and comprehensive inquiry service.This system also provides passengers with modules such as route and train inquiry,online passenger ticketing management,and mobile APP ticketing management.(3)We use the C#.NET program development language to implement the proposed system,and use SQL Server 2014 as the database of the system.Then,we respectively develope the ticketing management model for the station staff and the passenger ticket-purchasing model for the passengers.The coach station ticketing management system designed and implemented in this paper can provide passengers with high-quality ticketing service and good user experience.Through this system,passengers can check the latest coaches and ti cket information at any time to achieve self-service ticket purchase,as well as supporting mobile payment.At the same time,the system optimizes the ticket management workflow of the station staff,and provides intelligent passenger security inspection services,ticketing business analysis,and ticketing business profit settlement and rescue services,effectively improving the work efficiency and service quality of the coach stations.
