| In recent years,with the development of new energy industry,the country has extended the producer responsibility system to the perspective of product manufacturing.In order to reduce the environmental pollution caused by recycling and remanufacturing process,more and more manufacturers begin to attach importance to the green manufacturing of products.With the rapid development of new energy vehicles,the core of the power battery plays a crucial role.If the green manufacturing method is considered at the source of the battery,the higher the green degree of the battery produced,the less impact on the environment and the better environmental protection will be achieved in the process of recycling.However,there are two manufacturers of new energy vehicles,which are special in terms of battery recycling.This paper uses the dynamic game,optimization and other methods to study the decision-making of supply chain recycling under the green manufacturing of lithiumion battery.Firstly,we consider the research on power battery green manufacturing decision from the perspective of supply chain and establish the model to study the impact of battery green manufacturing on the members of the supply chain,and introduce cost sharing mechanism to better coordinate the interests of all parties.Secondly,considering the recycling decision of green manufacturing lithium-ion battery,a closed-loop supply chain model composed of battery manufacturers,automobile manufacturers and consumers is established.Considering that the recycling of battery is completed by battery manufacturers or automobile manufacturers,the government reward and punishment mechanism is introduced to reward and punish the recycling party.Through the establishment of the model,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the price of new energy vehicles,the green level of batteries and the total profit of the supply chain all increase with the increase of consumers’ preference for the green degree of products.When the automobile manufacturers participate in the cost sharing of battery green manufacturing,the optimal cost sharing proportion of the automobile manufacturers in the leading supply chain is greater than that of the battery manufacturers in the leading supply chain.(2)The more the government rewards and punishments,the higher the green level of new energy vehicle batteries and the recycling rate of waste batteries.When the automobile manufacturer is the leader of the game,the green degree of the battery,the recycling rate of the used battery and the total profit of the closed-loop supply chain while the battery manufacturer is responsible for recycling are all higher than that of the automobile manufacturer;and when the battery manufacturer is the leader of the game,the green degree of the battery,the recycling rate of the used battery and the total profit of the closed-loop supply chain while the automobile manufacturer is responsible for recycling are all higher than that of the battery manufacturer.Finally,in order to promote the recycling of waste lithium-ion batteries,from three perspectives of government,enterprises and the public,some suggestions and enlightenment are given.There are 17 figures,1 tables and 68 references in this paper. |
