In 2020,according to market research to measure the power battery scrap amount is expected to reach 0.25 million ton in our country,by the year 2025,it will reach 1 million ton,the size of the power battery was approaching large-scale wave of scrap,and power battery recycling industry in China are widespread recycling system disorder,lack of standard and recycling(such as low efficiency,establish efficient and sustainable battery recycling system of supply chain are imperative.In May 2018,the white paper of China’s blockchain industry released by the ministry of industry and information technology showed that blockchain is in in-depth development in many industries,and supply chain will be a typical application field of blockchain technology.The interconnection of supply chain members can not only improve the regulatory efficiency,but also improve the recycling management level of supply chain.The application of block chain technology is bound to effectively solve the difficulties of power battery supply chain recovery,trust and supervision,but it will inevitably increase the cost of supply chain.Therefore,by designing the power battery closed-loop supply chain network under the block chain adoption,this study realizes the new management of supply chain,and discusses the adoption decision problem caused by the increase of supply chain cost caused by the block chain adoption to the power battery supply chain main body,so as to meet the practical demand.Firstly,the paper introduces the concepts of blockchain,closed-loop supply chain,corporate social responsibility,game theory and other relevant theories,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.Then this paper expounds the characteristics of the traditional power battery closed-loop supply chain in China,for its present situation and existing problems,and combined with characteristics of block chain and qualitative analysis of the role of supply chain,such as design after power battery recycling network of supply chain based on block chain,indicating the block under the chain technology adoption of power battery supply chain advantage.Secondly,considering adopt block chain leads to the increase of the supply chain cost,so for consisting of one manufacturer and one retailer power battery closed-loop supply chain,using the game theory,building block chain adopt decentralized decision and centralized decision before and after the four cases of supply chain profit model,the main body whether or not to accept block chain supply chain decision analysis.Study found that,after adopting block chain,can improve the efficiency of old power battery recycling,always under centralized decision-making supply chain gains due to the decentralized decision making,and the adoption of supply chain block chain technology costs of threshold and its influence on supply chain profit,for the supply chain enterprise adopt chain blocks provide decision-making basis for supply chain management.However,in reality,the main body of the supply chain is generally decentralized decision-making,and the revenue sharing contract is further introduced to coordinate the revenue of the members of the supply chain.Research shows that revenue sharing contract can realize supply chain coordination.When the adoption cost and revenue sharing coefficient are within a certain range,supply chain members can choose to adopt block chain and coordinate the revenue through revenue sharing contract to achieve mutually beneficial and win-win supply chain management.Finally,through a specific numerical example,the author visualizes the relationship between the adoption cost of two-stage supply chain blockchain technology of power battery and the benefits of the supply chain,determines the relationship and value range,and compares the benefits before and after the revenue sharing supply chain through numerical simulation,which verifies the effectiveness of the model established in chapter 4.This article build based on blockchain power battery recycling network bring enlightenment for power battery supply chain for the new management,the supply chain to adopt block chain technology provides a decision-making reference,to some extent,enrich the theory of supply chain management research,power battery supply chain of innovation and development of our country has practical reference value.
