| With the opening of the testing market and increasing competition,as a technical organization providing third-party testing services,the establishment and operation of the quality management system of testing laboratories is the only way to ensure that the testing services are scientific,fair,efficient and accurate according to the international accreditation standards of testing laboratories.As a state-owned enterprise,KC household appliances testing laboratory still needs to optimize its existing quality management system,such as unreasonable organization structure,little attention on staff training and low information transparency.Obviously,these factors will have a deep impact on the sustainable development of the laboratory.This paper firstly describes the research status of total quality management at home and abroad,and outlines the characteristics of total quality management and basic concepts of quality management system.Then combined with the current status of quality management system in KC household appliances testing laboratory,some deficiencies in quality management of KC household appliances testing laboratory are studied according to total quality management theory.Meanwhile,through internal auditing,management review and customer satisfaction survey,this paper analyzes the effectiveness of quality management system which operates in KC household appliances testing laboratory,in particular it points out the existing problems and puts forward some improvement strategies and suggestions for laboratory quality management system.Finally,it briefly describes the guarantee plan and steps of improvement measures,and preliminarily verified the effect of implementation.Therefore,this study provides certain reference significance for the establishment and improvement of the quality management system for relevant testing institutions or laboratories. |
