In recent years,with the continuous development of intelligent buildings,the degree of information integration is increasing.At present,the coding and classification of existing building information models are classified according to the achievements,processes,resources and attributes of construction.This method of classification and coding details the space,structure,materials and other aspects of the construction stage,rather than from the software system.In order to solve the problem of multi-source heterogeneity of data in buildings,ontology theory can be applied to the coding method of intelligent building equipment operation and maintenance system,and the ontology of the field of intelligent building equipment operation and maintenance coding can be constructed.In the operation and maintenance system of intelligent building equipment,the mode of combining ontology coding with standard coding is adopted to obtain coding with clear structure and rich information.According to the coding requirement,a coding system based on Ontology of intelligent building equipment operation and maintenance domain is designed.Firstly,it states the basic knowledge of ontology,including concept,type construction method,and the role of ontology in solving data heterogeneity.Secondly,in order to solve the problem of heterogeneity of massive data in intelligent building equipment operation and maintenance system,a functional building equipment operation and maintenance domain ontology based on standard coding is proposed.The concept of standard unified coding is introduced.According to the characteristics of intelligent building equipment operation and maintenance system,a new encoding method of intelligent building equipment operation and maintenance information is proposed based on the existing building information model and classification standards and the ontology constructed above.And build the domain ontology of intelligent building.Thirdly,after building and playing the operation and maintenance coding ontology of intelligent building equipment,the ontology is queried and reasoned.The validity and feasibility of the system are tested by building and testing.The query and reasoning of the knowledge base is realized by using D2 RQ platform and compiling rules in SWRL language.Firstly,we configure Jena’s development environment.Secondly,we customize the rules of reasoning and query,and realize the reasoning and query based on Jena.Finally,we get the system framework of operation and maintenance coding of intelligent building equipment based on ontology.Finally,a software system based on Ontology for encoding the operation and maintenance system of intelligent building equipment is designed.From three aspects,the structure of the system,the function of the system and the database of the system are designed.Large quantities of data encoded by the operation and maintenance system of intelligent building equipment are coded in batches.
