The application of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology rapidly spreading and is moving to BIM-based whole-process construction information integration management and digital construction.However,the construction process is highly dynamic with multiple roles and disciplines,causing the complexity of a large amount of multisource information dynamically produced in construction.The existing construction information integration methods have limitations such as poor standardization,low technical level and limited application,making it impossible to associate and exchange heterogeneous multisource data.Meanwhile,BIM integration techniques are hard to dynamically integrate building elements,activities,resources and construction business information and to support the information integration for refined management in construction.These are the technical bottlenecks that currently limit the application and development of BIM.Given the above problems,this study carries out following in-depth researches on multisource construction information integration and key technologies of further project management.(1)By studying the extension methods and application techniques of building construction information classification and coding,the batch association and automatic generation of construction information classification coding are realized along with code-based construction information processing.(2)A construction integrated information model and model extension mechanism based on(Industry Foundation Classes,IFC)is proposed.The automatic information integration is achieved by establishing the work package and work package template dynamically related to the building elements,construction activities,resource requirements,and business information.(3)A resource-constrained construction schedule optimization model based on the integrated information model is proposed,which supports the automatic generation of the construction schedule and resource plan based on the solution results.(4)The construction site integrated monitoring architecture based on the integrated information model is built,and the data acquisition method for construction site monitoring and localization approach based on the Internet of Things is proposed.The real-time control of the construction process is achieved by dynamic associating the collected data with the information model.(5)A system for BIM-based construction information integration and management is developed to implement the essential techniques and is applied to the actual engineering project for verification.Application results show that the research results of this study can realize BIM-based multisource construction information integration,support the automatic generation and optimization of the construction schedule,real-time monitoring of construction site and construction process control.This study explores the feasible theory,methods,and techniques for the integration and application of multi-source information in construction,provide technical support for digital construction and intelligent construction and the results have significant research value and broad application prospects.
