As a safety guarantee for the driver's driving,passive car airbags have increasingly caused the awareness of automobile manufacturers on the high-quality production of airbags.At the same time,the requirements for the overall assembly equipment of airbags have become more stringent.The manufacture of airbags is inseparable from the development of airbag assembly production equipment.At present,the domestic airbag hot extrusion station is in a non-automated stage,the equipment is large,the effect of compressing airbag cloth bags is not obvious,and its production efficiency is far from satisfying the automobile.The industry's demand for airbag components is not conducive to the optimized production of products,nor can it meet the airbag renewal of new cars.Imported airbag hot extrusion equipment is not only expensive,but also difficult to maintain,and due to foreign companies' airbag technology.The monopoly of China has greatly restricted the progress of the domestic automobile industry.This article focuses on the current problems of miniaturization of automobile airbags and the disadvantages of low automation of production equipment.It deeply studies the physical characteristics of airbag fabric bags and the principles of hot extrusion technology,analyzes and studies the process of hot extrusion of airbag fabric bags,and designs a the structure of the hot-extrusion equipment for the airbag fabric bag realizes intelligent production during the assembly of the airbag.The research content mainly includes: First,according to the physical characteristics of the airbag fiber material,the important process parameters such as temperature and pressure during hot extrusion are determined,the design criteria of the equipment are developed,and the thermal balance factors that affect the production efficiency of the airbag during the hot extrusion process are analyzed;Modular design of its mechanical structure according to the hot extrusion process requirements of the airbag,and three-dimensional modeling through CATIA software;Then,using ANSYS Workbench software to carry out static and modal analysis of the heating cavity and frame of the equipment.It is verified that the core components of the hot extrusion equipment meet the strength and reliability requirements;Then,the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm is used to establish the temperature control system model of the hot pressing module,which realizes the precise control of the equipment temperature,and develops data acquisition,real-time controlled hot extrusion equipment control system;The experimental results show that the hot extrusion equipment works well and can guarantee a high pass rate of the product,verifying that the hot extrusion equipment can meet the technical requirements for the production and assembly of airbag cloth bags.This paper designs and studies the hot extrusion equipment for automobile airbags,solves the problem of miniaturization of airbags,reduces the cost of design and manufacturing,accelerates the nationalization of automobile parts production,and compresses and assembles hot extrusion technology in airbags.The promotion and application in the process provide important reference value.
