Based on China's national conditions,China's wind power and solar power generation have appeared such phenomena as serious wind and light abandonment and difficult regulation.Hinggan League power grid also faces such problems.Aiming at the current situation of wind power concentration and weak power grid in Hinggan League,this paper focuses on the problems and solutions of power flow change,voltage fluctuation,system regulation difficulty and power grid risk increase caused by large-scale wind power grid connected operation.The wind turbine is regarded as a random variable,and the mathematical model is established for these discrete samples.The normal distribution curve of equivalent output of wind turbine is described with the method of probability statistics,and the mathematical expectation of the random variable of equivalent output of single wind farm and Hinggan League wind power is calculated.It can provide the basis for operation analysis and control.On the basis of mathematical modeling,the type of wind power output fluctuation and corresponding frequency of output fluctuation in Hinggan League are calculated,and the frequency of slow fluctuation and the value of high-frequency power flow change in the grid are defined.For the first time,it is proved that it is impossible for Hinggan League grid to absorb all the power output of existing installed wind turbines,and then it is proposed that strengthening the grid construction is wind power grid connected the only way.This paper analyzes the impact of a large number of wind power incorporated into Hinggan League power grid on the transient stability of the power grid,the system voltage fluctuation caused by the random fluctuation of wind power output,and the level of enhancing the power grid structure to improve the system regulation ability.At the same time,it studies the energy consumption optimization mode of Huolinhe circular economy demonstration project.On this basis,the research on comprehensive energy efficiency interaction,regulation cloud technology,micro grid technology,virtual power plant technology,Lora communication technology,etc.was carried out.It is found that the reliability of safe operation and voltage stability of power grid can be improved by mastering the number of regional real-time grid load,the numerical integration and joint regulation of wind power and solar power output,peak cutting and valley filling,and voltage optimization.The above methods can effectively alleviate some problems caused by centralizedgrid connection of wind power in Hinggan League,improve the safety factor of power grid operation,and also help to achieve local absorption and bundling of wind power in Hinggan League,providing reference for operation analysis and control of wind farms and further development of wind power in Northeast China.
