In this paper,the evolution history of the box culvert construction method is deeply studied,and the research status of the box culvert construction method and the box culvert numerical analysis method is summarized,which lays the foundation for the next research work.On the basis of the research on the selection of box culvert structure and internal force calculation principle in the jack-up construction of box culvert,the structure of the actual engineering box culvert is optimized.Based on the study of large-scale finite element software MIDAS/GTS,combined with the actual construction scheme in this paper,the three-dimensional analysis model of box culvert jacking construction is established.The finite element software is used to analyze the construction stage of box culvert jacking.It summarizes the influences on the deformation of the railway subgrade during each construction stage,and then proposes prevention and control measures to maintain the stability of the railway subgrade,ensuring the safe operation of railway transportation from the source,thereby reducing the casualties and property caused by construction safety problems.Loss,while drawing the following main conclusions:(1)The in-depth analysis of the shape selection and internal force analysis principle of jacking box culvert is carried out.On the basis of summarizing the selection principle of box culvert jacking structure,the most reasonable box culvert form is selected for the project;(2)Combined with engineering examples,the construction of working pit excavation,frame culling prefabrication,overhead pier and protective pile construction,line overhead,frame culvert jacking,box culvert entrance and exit approach and round culvert connection construction in the construction of underpass railway jacking box culvert are analyzed.And construction procedures such as roadbed reinforcement,and summarize the precautions required for each process in the specific construction;(3)In the project,the box culvert adopts single-hole frame box culvert.The finite element analysis software simulates the working state of each construction stage during the jacking process of box culvert.Through numerical simulation,the deformation of railway subgrade in each construction stage during the jacking process of box culvert Analysis of the situation;(4)The MIDAS/GTS finite element software was used to simulate the construction process of box culvert.According to the numerical analysis results,the stability of railway subgrade during the construction process of box culvert was deeply analyzed,and the railway subgrade could maintain its stability during construction.Conclusion: At the same time,the deformation and internal force of the box culvert structure are analyzed.According to the deformation law,the most unfavorable position of the box culvert is summarized,which provides reference for the subsequent railway operation and box culvert maintenance.
